Harbor-front restaurant, bar, hotel and brewery. On the grounds of the Marine Terrine, the former home of the Royal Dutch Navy. Beer is served after 11am. No cash accepted, only credit and pin cards.

Typical old style Duttch café. Recognized tasting room of Brand beers. about 10 different bottled beers from Franconia


Cozy corner neighborhood brown cafe. Beer list doesn't really warrant listing in the guide but it is such an enjoyable place, the rules were bent.

Waterfront Amsterdam & Delirium Bar is the new name for the Delirium Bar


A healthy dose of Swinkels beers but also interesting guests. Live jazz on Sundays. It is up a flight of stairs from street level so look up when you get the address. Reservations are recommend if you want to eat, especially on weekends.


Quiet, canal front cafe. Not a large number of taps but an impressive bottle list.



On Platform 2b at Centraal Station, an Art Nouveau restaurant with Heineken & Brand Beer, for a last one before leaving.

New (Feb 2020) beer centered restaurant from the owner of Foeders. Comfort food from around the world and a good selection of beers to go with them. The "Lager" in the name refers to restaurant's location ("lower") rather than the type of beers carried.



Whisky bar with some interesting beers on tap (many American beers) Kitchen closed on Sunday. Food is Asian fusion.

Genever bar with four taps of Franconian and Czech beer. Proeflokaal 't Nieuwe Diep has the same range of beers and liqueurs (Same Owner)


Former Beer Loves Food now a joint venture between Mikkeller and Morebeer (Peter van der Arend's beer company). Menu is half vegan and half natural meats.
